All orders are placed immediately after the order is placed, therefore if you cancel your order will incur an automatic administration / processing charge of 10% . If the product has left our facility or the factory there may be a restocking fee that will be assessed if the product is refused or returned.

Customer is deemed to have accepted the Products unless written notice of rejection is received by Eppler Company within 10 days of after delivery. Noted exception is on export orders where all sales are final, this can be found under Export Policy . All returns are subject to manufacturer's review and acceptance of the return and are subject to restocking fees. All product MUST be in original container and packaging, and not installed under any circumstances for the return to be considered. They must be in re-sellable condition. Again, any returns are subject to manufacturer approval and only when we receive credit will a credit be issued back to your credit card, less the administration / processing charge of 10%.

Please note: Your credit card receipt will be charged out as Eppler Company. If any chargeback occurs from the credit card company without a dated email or fax or letter providing 24 hours (business day) notice you will be subject to a processing charge of $25.00.
